     From Algoma, ID, at milepost 10.1, the next thing is another detector at milepost 11.7.  US 95 pretty much follows the tracks the entire way.   There is one road to the left that crosses the tracks which can be pretty good for photos.  There used to be a cool shot of westbounds coming under US 95, but the State put in a new bridge.  This location can still offer interesting pictures, but the new bridge doesn't look nearly as cool as the old one.  After crossing over the tracks there is a road off to the right in about a half mile.  This will take you to Westmond where the tracks go down to just a single CTC main until Cocolalla, ID.  Just a half mile farther down the tracks is the sharpest curve on the entire funnel.  There is an open spot where you can pull off to the highway and park to get some pictures.  It is difficult to get a good shot of eastbounds, but the westbound shot is not hard at all.  The north end of Lake Cocolalla starts here, and the tracks follow the lake's edge all the way to Cocolalla, ID at milepost 16.4.  The highway parallels the tracks several hundred yards up a hill with lots of trees in the way to block any possible photos.  If you own a boat or have access to one, lake Cocolalla provides a great opportunity to get some shots of trains from the water.  At the south end of the lake (which is Cocolalla) the double track starts back up, and a good shot for westbounds can be had.
