Burlington Northern contracted with VMV Enterprises to turn 11 old SD-9's into TEBC6 slugs. They get there name from (T)ractive (E)ffort (B)ooster (C)abbed (6)wheel truck. These slugs always work with a modified SD-35 as a power unit.
