April 2006 Photo Finish

UP 5199 and 5200 lead an eastbound baretable train approaching Biggs, OR, on March 20, 2006.

The Vancouver, WA, terminal is full of trains on the night of March 19, 2006.  Several empty well cars provided a unique and interesting aspect to this 6 second exposure.

The last rays of light illuminate the nose of a westbound coal train as it rumbles over a small bridge after leaving Bingen, WA.  Photo taken on March 19, 2006.
